Ideally you should arrange one or two weeks holiday during which time you can visit properties as well as having a break. Before you go, I will have researched a shortlist of properties to visit and will have made arrangements for someone to show you around. I suggest that you spend up to two days (not consecutive) viewing properties and allow another day for second visits to narrow down your choice .

The advantage of my service is that you only buy when you are certain that you have found the right property for you. If you're not sure you can always come back. Any excuse for another visit!

When you eventually decide on your ideal property, I can negotiate on your behalf. I will be able to advise you whether there is any scope for a price reduction based on supply and demand at the particular time you intend to buy.
